Earned, not manufactured.
Track Record keeps different kinds of evidence distinct: Stripe-cleared earnings, agreements signed through Postboard, client reviews, and product activity. Each signal shows what Postboard observed instead of collapsing everything into one badge.

Illustrative only, not a real person. Your own record starts at zero and grows with every Stripe-cleared payment, completed Deal record, and client-attested review. A completed Deal status alone does not prove payment or client acceptance.
Backed by real transactions
Stripe-cleared earnings come from payment events, signed-agreement signals come from Postboard signatures, and reviews come from the review flow. The source stays attached so a reader can tell what each number does and does not prove.
Member claims stay labeled
Evidence-backed totals are not editable profile claims. Member-provided details, when shown elsewhere, remain labeled separately. A signed response lets a reader check that the supplied snapshot came from Postboard and has not been altered.
Portable, not locked in
Providers can embed their Track Record, share a signed snapshot, or authorize an API view. Institutional acceptance has not been established; every recipient applies its own policy and may request additional documents.
Three ways to verify
Postboard can verify the integrity of a Track Record in seconds. Each recipient decides whether to accept it and what additional documents it requires.
1. Look at the profile
When evidence exists, a provider's Track Record can show Stripe-cleared earnings, completed Deal records, client-attested reviews, and member-recorded work with separate labels. Visit postboard.io/{handle}#record.
2. Query the live API
A public GET endpoint returns the available fields as HMAC-signed JSON. Rate-limited and cacheable. For an authoritative check, POST the signed response to /api/track-record/verify and Postboard re-checks it against live data, confirming that the response is current and unaltered. That integrity check does not determine whether an organization will accept it.GET /api/track-record/{handle}
3. Accept a signed snapshot
For formal use cases like landlord applications, loan underwriting, and immigration filings, providers can generate a signed snapshot token with a 90-day TTL. Verify at /api/verify/income/{token}.
A record whose sources can be checked
Your work builds a source-labeled record you own. Download the packet, share the live link, or generate a signed snapshot. The signature authenticates the snapshot; each recipient decides how to evaluate the underlying sources.
Applying for a place to live
Share a signed, transaction-backed income history alongside whatever else the application asks for. The landlord or property manager decides how to weigh it.
Applying for financing
Share cash-flow evidence backed by cleared payments when you apply for a loan. The lender's own underwriting policy decides whether and how to use it.
Joining a new platform
Bring your record with you so you don't start from zero. Each marketplace or platform decides how much of it to recognize.
Winning a new client
Share evidence-backed work history alongside the portfolio and context a prospective client needs, so they can make their own decision.

- Bring in existing work
Bring in existing work
Preview clients and payment history privately before saving anything. Imported records stay reviewed and source-labeled; only eligible Stripe-cleared payments are labeled payment-verified.

Shape one clear offer and a page you can share. Your Track Record starts only when real, source-labeled evidence exists; Postboard does not invent it.
